  • A: It's not a pipe. It's a small 1 inch plastic hose. Drain hose is usually bigger diameter. Drain hose is shorter as is fill hose. Again expert is comparing to full size machines. I need extention cord.

  • A: I wouldn't. There are other dual tub machines washer tub/ spinner tub hold about 6-8 lbs clothes, that would be better for your special needs. Get one with drain pump. The spinner tub is great!

I like it very much

live in a 3rd floor apartment so needed something portable because I was tired of my laundry mat. I just did 4 washes with ease and it worked great. 30 seconds on the dry setting and clothes were mostly dry. Great value for the money, I only had to put in 2 pairs of pants and 1 shirt when I was doing heavy laundry and it still came out clean despite the fit. Perfect size for a spacious apartment. It's not heavy at all and I can lift it perfectly without water and it doesn't feel like 10 lbs. The only issue I would say is that the drain hose is very short

Saves a lot of time..

Arrived earlier than expected... Worth the purchase. Very happy with the purchase. I looked around and finally found this product with a drying function. I use it for my kids. The drying function is very convenient. It dries much faster than I expected. This is a great product for someone like me who is on the go and on the go every week. It saves a lot of time.

Wash well

It washes well and the spin side does a good job of drawing excess water from clothes. I had a little problem with the drain on the wash side. I don't understand why it didn't drain well, but it drained smoothly from the spin side of the machine. Despite the drainage issues, I still think it's a good deal for me. I've used it a few times and clothes have come out clean. I'm currently using it on my RV. I think it would be better if the original hose was a little longer.

Washes the clothes very clean

After a learning curve, and finally figuring out how to use this machine I am obsessed. My favorite thing is how clean my clothes get even after just using the quick wash setting. I love the spin dry setting because now my clothes hang dry much quicker than before. The size is perfect for me and my growing family. Although I must say it is bigger than other models of portable washers so don't forget to check the measurements.

Great Washer

I received my washing machine a week ago and I have used it every day since. I had gotten behind on doing my laundry and it is wonderful to have the connivence of doing it in my home. It does a great job of cleaning my clothes. The only complaint is that there was not enough advance information about what I would need for connections to hook up the machine. I spent the first day after it arrived finding the right connections. Would buy it again.

Just What I Needed

This portable washing machine is perfect for my 1 bedroom apt. The only concern or complaint I have is regarding draining the machine. It has an auto pump but there's always lots of water still in the drain hose... so it takes a little bit of work to ensure all the water is removed from the hose while storing it between uses... and its not super noisy but you do hear the hum of the machine hopefully its not disturbing my downstairs neighbors...other than that.. I love it!

Love it!

Great washer for couples or roommates. It gets the job done and actually cleans our clothes better than I thought. You can't put a lot, and I would suggest washing frequently throughout the week to not be there all day. Let's just say you only use one tide pod for this washer. Adding more than one pod will be too soapy. Like I said, I love it, it gets the job done for two people and is perfect for a small apartment.

Gets Clothes Clean

This does a great job cleaning clothes. I think it does a better job than the full size machines in my buildings laundry room. My only complaint after using this for about 6 months is that it is somewhat aggressive in the agitation, and gets sleeves and pants legs fairly tangled. I've started putting some things in delicate bags to prevent tangling. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

I spent years looking at apt size washer/ spinners, never aware of this lovely tiny washing machine that washers, rinses and spins you items like regular size machines. With the membership to Costway it was so affordable! Cheaper than those lesser machines. I have it on an adjustable dolly and roll it into the bathroom. They send the connectors to the sink and the drain hose runs into my tub. No mess, no problems, just clean clothes. 7.7lbs of clothes. a set of queen sheets and pillow cases was my 1st load. I love this machine!!! Try it, you will love it too!!

Bought this to have an extra washer in the house. My kids and I run the laundry too often in the week, so an extra machine helps so our laundry doesn't pile up. It's reliable and does a very clean job. Very glad! Convenient too, since I just hook it up to my sink.

Deceiving

Would have been more than nice if in the description of the washer it was mentioned that it is not portable. Living in an apt ... if I had hookups I would have purchased a full size machine. The description also doesn't mention that you can not use a standard sink/faucet connection (like I have with several past mini washers). Unfortunately this wasn't mentioned until I opened the entire box, took out the washer, and started reading the manual. Now I have to figure out a way to get this down three flights of stairs, to my car, and to a Target store for a refund. TOTAL waste of my money and time.

Nice!

There were some dust stains on body of washer, but i gave it a try. I used it with washer/dryer cold water hose/hookups and needed 3/4 female to female connector. Follow the usage guide for laundry load and it will wash perfectly, without need to rinse by hands.
