  • A: The king size shrank down to a queen size the first time I washed it. I have a front loader and washed it on "bulky". It took many hours to dry and it nearly broke the belt in the dryer.

  • A: Yes, but we have to use the “bulky” setting or it won’t spin properly. We have a king and it is heavy. It also takes about 2.5-3 hours to dry, which is not an exxageration. It has held up well through four washes so far.

  • A: I learned to have a queen compfrter or quilt o cover all sides should be minumal 92W x 96L. Hopes this helps. Avoid double/queen - this only works for one person in a queen bed.

  • A: I use it year round. My home tends to run hot in the summer and cold in the winter (old house) so a single cotton sheet works nice with it for the heat and in the winter it’s great for trapping heat if you add an extra blanket underneath with a flannel sheets.

    Terrible quality. Huge seam with white stitches in the middle. The seam is crooked and the quilt looks cheap due to it. Not worth $140 and customer service was terrible. An hour away from the store and “nothing” they can do.

    Quality is garbage

    I had one of these when they first came out and loved it. Then I got a bigger bed and repurchased this in the correct size and it’s a nightmare. If you use a dryer even on low, the filling melts and it becomes hard inside the quilts. The outer material then sticks to it and creates a bunched up look. It’s truly such a waste of money and such a disappointment.

    I’ve had this quilt for 3 years and can attest that this is the best blanket/quilt I’ve ever owned. The weight is perfect for multiple seasons as it is not particularly thick but it has substantial weight. Fabric is breathable and so soft. I’ve never had an issue with washing and drying, though it does need a bit longer to dry, but well worth the extra time.

    Nice but returned

    This quilt and the majority of Casaluna products I've purchased over the years have all been good qaulity. This, however is going to be a return for me. Although the fabrics feel nice, it is extremely heavy and not what I was expecting. I was looking for a summer quilt and I get that it says "heavyweight" but I didn't take it literally!

    Worse customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Target has the worst customer service ever. They shipped this blanket across the country to my 86 year old mother, blamed me and said I shipped it to her. Basically, I got no blanket, they told me to have my mom return it to the store and that was after I had to call them 6 times and got hung up on 5 times. Not once did they at least offer to ship me the blanket and allow my mom to return the one she got. I seriously doubt I will buy anything here if I don't have to for a long while.

    I’m disappointed

    We’ve had this comforter for less than 6 months and after a few washes the color already looks faded. The edges are fraying and it looks nothing like when we bought it. It should have held up better after only a few months especially with how much we spent on the comforter and the matching pillow shams.

    Falling apart already

    I got the king plus and it truly is the best for a king bed! So much extra space and no one hogs the blanket. It’s also so so soft, and the perfect weight for summer when you just need a blanket. But yeah it’ll take a long time to dry. So fair warning but worth it! It’s a machine drying it, not you!

    Dirty

    It appeared to have been returned. When we opened it there were brown spots all over both sides. Whoever returned it either didn’t tell or told him and it was put back on the shelf and I ended up buying it and having to return it and lost my $15 coupon because of it so now I re-ordered a new one and again did not get to use my $15 coupon because apparently when you return defective merchandise, you don’t get your credit back so that was even more disappointing.
