A: Hello, this item is a full/queen, which means it would fit both sizes. If you're using a queen mattress, it will sit flush on the bed frame and if you're using a full size mattress, the bed frame will have an extra 3" on each side, but the platform is finished. Have a great day :)

It’s extremely cheaply made and difficult to put together. It was missing many of the screw holes the directions indicated it would have, and some of the holes it did have didn’t line up.
