Q: Does the desk have to be installed or can we leave out the desk? Also, can it be put together so that the drawers open to the outside of the bed instead of towards the underneath of the loft?

submitted by AFVN - 2 years ago

  • A: Dear customer, thank you for reaching out about your interest in our product. We recommend installing the desk as it contributes to the stability of the bed. Leaving it out may compromise the bed's stability. Regarding the drawers, unfortunately, we are unable to change the orientation so that they open to the outside of the bed rather than towards the underside of the loft. Have a nice day!

Q: Is there an option for the bed without the stairs and a ladder instead?

submitted by Florida Dad - 2 years ago

  • A: Dear customer, thank you for reaching out about your interest in our product. Our beds do not offer a ladder option, only models with stairs. You can explore our other bed styles. There are many designs with ladders of our beds. We're sure you'll find one you like. Have a nice day!

Q: Can I possibly change the stairs to be on the left side of the bed?

submitted by Bree - 2 years ago

  • A: Dear customer, thank you for reaching out about your interest in our product. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the stairs to the left side of the bed. The stairs are fixed to the right side due to the pre-installed connection points. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us. Have a nice day!

Worse than Ikea by 10 fold

Absolute nightmare to assemble. Way too many parts, unlabeled pieces, holes not drilled out fully, it took two of us an entire day and a half to assemble. No less than 500 pieces
