My sense is this is a permanent change although the image on their website still shows a 50 billion quantity.

Q: Hi there, I would know whether or not I should keep it refrigereted. I saw on bottles with 50 Billion CFU it says : "refrigeration is not required" but there is no such information on this bottle.

Does opposite of what I had hoped
I waited until I had been taking this for over a week. It’s been almost 2 weeks and all it does is make me extremely bloated, gassy, and a little crampy. I feel like I smell bad down there too. I’m going to try and return this if possible

Something is different and not in a good way.
I don’t know if there was a formula change or what but my body cannot tolerate this previously trusted brand. Garden of life in general was a very trusted brand in my household and community. Now I can’t tolerate it and have severe side effects. I’m devastated and don’t know what to do now.

These gave me like severe cramps I hadn’t felt before. I thought my appendix was bursting. I first noticed my pee started smelling weird so I thought oh I have a UTI. But then realized I had started these around Christmas and these were causing all the weird symptoms I’ve been having. What a bummer.

Side effects
It was recommended to me by my gyno because I have reoccurring bv it wasn’t effective whatsoever. It would make my ovaries hurt. At first I thought I had an ovarian cyst because I was experiencing all the symptoms of having one. I stopped taking them and all the pain went away.

My initial purchase was through Amazon but now that I know I can buy them at target is where I’ll be getting them. I absolutely loved these I had no bloating but I also no body odor whatsoever. Not good
Writing a review because clearly I'm not the only one having issues with these. I bought them a year ago at target (I only left a review on Amazon) but upon seeing others with the same issues feel it's important to relay my bad reaction. Started taking them last December and IMMEDIATELY felt very sick. I thought my yeast infection is just treated came back with a vengeance bc severe bloating (BAD) with painful cramps, naseua, lightheaded/dizziness/vertigo. Two weeks into taking them daily as suggested I ended up fainting on new years (1.5 drinks over 2.5 hours and plenty of food and water) there was no reason I should've fainted. Friends made me go to er and my vitals seemed good. Fast forward another week feeling like I need to call off work sick but didn't and I go to my PPC to make sure my yeast didn't go to my blood (I had no uti, yeast, or bv) so he said he didn't know what it was. No inflammation in my blood for infection. I put two and two together and stopped taking this (he didn't think it was the probiotics) and the vertigo/nadeau went away the next day. My gut health however took half a year to actually fix. I'm someone who eats yogurt almost daily and bananas and I couldn't touch them without my stomach getting upset till summer. Honestly don't take these and heavily research probiotic supplements. I'm trying to find a good one but the reviews for all of them seem so inconsistent... I'm just going to try and get them from food as much as possible. Love wellness seemed to have good reviews I wanted to try but their new formula seems to be giving everyone issues too. As do most others. Maybe not worth it? Idk. This one 100% was not worth it.
