Q: I've only bought potato starters, and planted in-ground. So, I just want to clarify-Does this come with potato starters, or is it just a bag? If so, can't you use any canvas bag?

A: This item does not come with potato starters, it is just the bag. The patented fabric air-prunes roots for stronger, healthier plants. It also aerates soil, prevents heat build-up and allows excess water to drain away.
