Making it less top heavy with a smaller spray head is where I would devote attention for improvement in design, As is, it is a blunt instrument that I cannot use for my window boxes.

Bought this for the extra-long 6 ft reach to extend to my garden beds more easily and with more control, also for 2 window boxes attached to a high wall. Detaches from the hose very easily even when screwed in very tightly; perhaps this could be the hose, as I have a Gardener's Supply coil hose, which is more "firm" than most. The only resolution has been to hold on to the attachment as I water, which makes watering even the garden beds difficult (I'm back to just the hose) and the same issue makes watering the window boxes impossible. Instead, using this for other things, which is a plus...and my son thinks it's fun.

The telescoping feature works very nicely in use the water was leaking from several joints. I tried to put washers in to stop the largest leak at the snap on but this did not stop the large leaking problem. Tried use without the snap on unit, attaching directly to hose and leaking persisted. Telescoping is wonderful able to water plants, water plants up high, but water is everywhere else, constantly leaking " a lot, not a few drips" from the wand sections, on to clothes and ground. Great tool but re-engineer the leaking parts so washers can solve the rainfall leaking. I continue to use the tool and know, waste and an outside shower will accompany and so this is always the last on my gardening list.

I needed a solution that would reach my second story window boxes so that I could water them without taking out the screens each time. The extension one works perfectly!

Leaks profusely at all 3 connection points. Not only won't they refund you for original shipping costs, but you also have to pay for return shipping, which is as much as the product itself. Terrible policy not to refund and cover shipping costs for a defective product. DO NOT BUY!

I love that this extends my reach without a ladder. I have gutter guards, but they get "gunk" on them which I think blocks their effectiveness.. I can use this instead of getting the ladder out! Bonus!

I use this product to reach our handing baskets and extending the water to other parts of the yard.

Great that it can reach where the hose doesn't reach for watering. It's a bit heavy not comfortable to water.

It gits my needs to reach hard to reach hanging baskets. I do like the flexability of the head. The problem is with the leading at the bottom of the hose itself.

I bought it because I have 2nd story window boxes. It broke my very first use !!

The wand is awkward, hard to turn on and off, plus it leaks to the point of getting a shower.

There isn't anything good about this product

I wanted to use it for spot watering, so want to shut it off and on. It leaks, so even if I use the shut off it leaks, at the head and bottom. It's also a bit awkward to use. I did like the variety of sprays.

When I hooked this up it leaked from every connection point. Tried to return it but postage was more than it was worth. It was a disappointing purchase.
