A: Each piece is 6" wide, 1/4" thick, and 12" tall. One set will make an edge that is 20 feet long, 12 inches tall, and 1/4" thick.

Would not recommend this edging
I cannot recommend this edging. It does not pound into the ground very well. I used the recommended rubber mallet and the pieces would not go down far enough and some of the pieces ended up bending when pounding.

An end to yearly edging with a half moon!
I chose a day after rain so the ground is easier to pound these in. I found it also easier with my type soil to use a half moon garden tool to premake the opening before pounding in. I had a choice of 2 different weight rubber males. I like the clean edges.

I installed 20 feet of this in 30 minutes! We use pine straw as our malt, and it does not create a nice edge… Using this product, we will be able to use pine straw and have a nice edge! Going to order More for all of my landscaping!

Long Lasting Border
I had bought this edging a few years ago and it still looks good, so I re-ordered now to extend my garden border. It helps to use an edging spade first to break the soil up if you have heavy clay like we do.

Sturdy and nice looking edging.
These border panels work very well. I will caution you though…..it can be quite difficult hammering them in if your soil isn't soft. Id advise you layout the path first (garden hose works great) then with a straight shovel make a single row along the projected path for the edging. Maybe even saturate the soil a bit if need be. Makes it much easier to hammer in without damaging them.

Not Usable
I purchased the 8" pieces in 2021 and have never been able to use them. I honestly thought these were metal because how would plastic hammer into soil? We have tried several times, even after major rainstorms, to pound these into the ground and they just don't go into soil at all. Total waste of money and time. They're in the trash now.

We had a sloped edge that was giving us problems because it was filled with black rocks that would not stay in place. This border was very easy to install (with a rubber maller, a must-have) and works well. We've bought 8-10 sets over the years and all have held up beautifully. They don't fade or crack. They are not the cheapest borders but we have found them to be well worth the money. Using a cheaper border just means replacing them more often.
