    Cheap Hardware

Cheap hardware, the brackets are plastic. Purchased in February 2026, and it already broke- with 5 pairs of sandals in it.

Everything fell apart and the screws don’t even match up with the interior to put together. They won’t let me return it!! They’re scammers and I’m disgusted.

    Buyer Beware

Do not buy this piece! They sent the wrong color for the doors of this piece, the holes were drilled incorrectly in multiple areas.

    COVERED in fiberglass

COVERED in fiberglass. The picture does zero justice. The styrofoam was even worse, the picture was taken after I realized I myself was covered in it

It’s terrible!!!!! I want to return. I ordered mid September and they only give you 30 days to return, in this mean time it broke at least 5 times and my husband it’s been fixing it, but right now we can fix it anymore and it’s pretty annoying as it’s not a cheap thing. I want a refund!!!!!

    Very hard to assemble

First, i received the wrong color. Second, it was very hard to assemble. You need at least 2 people to build it.

Only works if you have 6 pairs of shoes or for kids shoes.

Space is a lot limited than shown in picture. I could only fit 3 pairs of my husband's work shoes and sneakers in one slot, without the separator in the middle. It also took so long to assemble that it was a waste of time. This would only work for kids shoes or if your shoe size is 5 or less. The color is nice though.

    Maybe

Good enough quality for the price. I ordered the color for "Oak" but "Rustic" was shipped to me. Too lazy to return. It was hard for me to put it together Plus missing some Small parts. Fortunately my husband is very handy and helped me figure it out but took us longer than we expected to put the whole thing together.
