Q: Do I need a drill to assemble it?
A: Drill is needed only when you are mounting the cabinet to the wall.
submitted byCandles - 10 months agoA: No you need hammer and Phillips screwdriver though. And attach plastic drawer sides to main drawer board BEFORE the opposite board or you’ll also need a short screwdriver to attach.

Q: can i get a copy of the instructions manuel, mine is missing and it is too late to return since im missing the receipt !
A: I just called this number and was put on hold multiple times and transferred once, over 25 minutes, to be told they were not able to give me the instructions. I will be returning it!!

Q: Is the angle of the inner shelves adjustable?
A: Yes. The ‘divider’ board has two angles available and can just be left out for use with boots etc

submitted byShweta - 2 years agoTarget staff supportA: Instructions say to not mount to the wall. From the construction I don’t think you should either unless you add support from the bottom. There are screws/holes to attach to wall at the top but that’s for stability rather than mounting

submitted byAllen - 2 years agoTarget staff supportA: I had wanted to purchase this product as a freestanding unit (not in front of a wall), but based on some reviews, even though you don’t need to mount it to a wall, this shoe rack is open in the back. So for aesthetics, you would need to place it in front of a wall unless you don’t mind seeing what’s inside from the back.
