Q: Is there a limit to how many outlets and ports can be in use? I currently have five items plugged in to the outlets and neither of the USB ports are working with multiple cables and multiple devices?

Q: Is this protector supposed to beep? While it is plugged in it has a very light beeping sound. Just curious if this is supposed to happen.

I didn't realize that the Surge Protector went into the wall. So when I received it I was shocked at first but realized it was probably better. This way when I go to vacuum I won't be hitting it. The only drawback there isn't a place for my husband to plug his treadmill into it.

Although the charger works fine, it consistently falls out of the wall. Whenever I unplug an item, the entire protector falls out of wall which is annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is large and will cover both your plug ins. It does have room for 6 items to plug in, but only ones with a standard plug do to spacing. The two USB ports will charge two phones at once. It says it's guaranteed to protect equipment up to $25,000, however this is at the discretion of the company after you send them their surge protector back for them to look at. They do pay the shipping though.

The previous ones I had really didn't protect my equipment from unexpected power downs from passing storms, but this one has really saved my equipment from electricity shutting down due to unexpected passing storms. It has 6 outlets and two USB slots which makes it so convenient to charge everything without needing to worry about tangled up wires. The protected light gives you comfort knowing that your equipment is protected. Overall, great, high quality product. Definitely recommend.
