Horrible, don't buy. Useless.
Horrible, I bought 2 battery ones thinking the 50% sale of deal was a great discount but little did I know that they always have this "sale". The tell should have been when I couldn't find 1 youtube review on these. I charged and connected, these are so spotty, even when it is near the wifi, it still doesn't catch most motions, even when set on high. It also, has no way to turn off, if I don't want them to record during the day or if I wanted to store them, you have to pull out the battery. Even more stupid is the schedule, I want to only record at night but it won't let you set a schedule from night to following day, it reads as error. you can only set a schedule for morning to night in same day. I don't need these to record during the day, I wanted to record at night when I am sleeping so these are not only junk and poorly made, poor connectivity, poor interface, these also don't do the one job even decently that they are suppose to do which is record.

Camera is great....when it works. I bought two and one connected okay but takes a while to boot up anytime I open the app and sometimes I have to take it down and pull the battery to reset it to get it to connect. The second camera won't read the QR code to connect to the app so it's a useless hunk of plastic.

Good cameras, bad button?!
I bought two battery operated cync cameras and even purchased the solar panel as well. They both worked great but, at that time, I was having problems with my wifi. So, to sum my issue up, I ended up having to reset the cameras a few seperate times to get them to connect and both cameras ended up doing the exact same thing. The reset button went out so I could not reset the camera. This was VERY frustrating because I only had the cameras about a month. Overall...the cameras were great until mt issues arose.

Horrible- don’t waste your money.
I purchased this camera last week and it’s not living up to its full potential. The app is slow and the video rarely loads. It sends me a notification that there’s motion but it doesn’t record the video. I purchased space on the Cloud but obviously it was a waste of money. I checked my wifi and it’s strongish (85%) where it’s located. Tried to reach out for assistance with no support.

Easy Set Up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is great for added security to our home. I get a lot of packages delivered and like to know when they arrive and to keep an eye on them while I’m not home so this camera is perfect. The set up was very simple and only took about 20 minutes. The picture quality of the camera is better than I expected and it has a wide viewing angle so I can watch the front of my house. The app is also very easy to navigate I am very pleased with this camera and will be purchasing another for my backyard.

OUTSTANDING CAMERA!

Motion detection is great it alert me on everything it captures including the garbage man waking me up not to miss my trash guy, The birds in the attic, The neighbour talk.

Decent Camera
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this camera as an addition to my new home's security system. The setup for this cutdoor camera is straight forward. Personally, I would have preferred not to have to drill and plug in the camera but that's a first world problem. The video quality is better than I expected and gives me a great view of my driveway. I'm considering a second cam for the back of the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Cync Outdoor Wired Smart Camera a couple of weeks ago and it is a really nice addition to my homes privacy. The app works great with this ,you can record onto a card ( sold separately) or onto the storage. It has night vision, sends mobile alerts when movement is detected and it also works with Amazon Alexa and Hey Google too!

Clear picture

Great quality and small
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera was so easy to install and I was shocked at the Quality of the image once I fully set it up. I don’t have a need to use it outdoors but it works just fine in my house to keep an eye on my dogs while I am gone and also to give me a sense of security when I am away for extended periods of time. Along with having a great quality imagine the mic on the camera is super clear unlike previous camera where it was always distorted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cync outdoor wired smart camera is a great addition to my home. It was quite easy to install and not a lot of equipment was needed to install. I like that you can view past video and I can use Alexa and voice control with this camera. I get alerts when the camera senses movement. What a piece of mine this camera is! It has advanced motion detection that works really well. The video quality is of good quality and the night vision is sufficient in that I can make out what I am looking at.

Deducted one star for the app - as others have said, it freezes up too much for my liking. A note, the SD card is not included if you choose to not subscribe, so that is an additional purchase.

App that this pairs with is easy to use. I have it set up in my backyard and it has good visibility of the space. You can also take pictures or video through the app to keep record.

Good Outdoor Solution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is what you would expect, a decent picture for an outside camera. Setup is fairly easy and integrates easily with Alexa. I knew getting it that it is wired, so there are limitations of where you can place the item, however you do not have to worry about replacing batteries. Overall a decent outdoor camera.
