I think the design concept of the machine is great however the machine fail fails on functionality. After cooking, my house was always filled with smoke and the cook was not the same as using an outdoor smoker.

I absolutely love my smokeless grill, I have used it several times and hadn’t disappointed me yet, the ease of use, the performance is amazing, smokeless indeed, the taste was delicious and I highly recommend purchasing, well worth the cost, especially a person like myself living in an apartment.

Love the product! The only thing I wish were different is that the temperature would go higher than 300 degrees. Other then that the performance is great and I love that you can control it from your phone!

Smoker works as advertised. I’m glad I bought one. The size of it is a little small, but that is to be expected. You have room for three racks of ribs overall, I would highly recommend this product

Love this smoker. It is such an easier way to make delicious smoked meats without the pain of an outdoor smoker. I've had it for a number of months, and I've had zero issues with it. it seems small, but you can fit more in there than you may expect. It's pretty easy to control and the app is user-friendly.

This is one of the best machines I’ve purchased thus far and I own a lot of kitchen appliances. I loved it so much I purchased 2. This machine does exactly what it claims if you follow its instructions. Smokeless house with smoked food! This thing puts a decent amount of smoky flavor into your food (I’m saying this as both a Traeger and Ninja Woodfire grill owner). Caution though, you are not going to get the amount of smoke that you get from a Traeger or a Masterbult smoker (I own one of these also) but it’s a very good inside the house option. It performs pretty quickly but there is a preheat function so factor that into your cook times. The manual is informative and should be given a read. I see ppl say it’s not smokeless but if you open the door without clearing the chamber then yes, it’s not smokeless. It comes with a temperature probe that seems pretty accurate and was a nice addition. The machine is constructed well so it’s pretty heavy. There is an app that helps you control the settings, smoke level, and temperature to make a few. The only downside for me is capacity. While you can get a good bit in here it’s not for a crowd. We are a family if 9 and it’s a stretch to get enough ribs into this thing. So I stick to cooking what works like boneless chicken thighs.

Smoke ring is a bit lacking, smoke flavor was not what I expected, cleaning the machine is the reason for the 3 star rating - it is not an easy machine to use for that reason alone and cost was substantial. Cooking features, temperature, electronic monitoring all are nice and useful.

This smoker is perfect for getting the right amount of smoke flavor anytime of the year. Once set up you just let it do its thing. The app is handle in keeping track of it and controlling it. All you need is to find your favorite recipe and enjoy it. Very easy to clean is a big plus

I was honestly blown away by how effective this indoor smoker is. As someone who lives in an apartment and can’t use an outdoor smoker, this has completely changed my cooking game. The flavor it gives to meats, veggies, and even cheese is rich, deep, and authentic — just like a traditional smoker.

Awesome smoker! I really like the features of the smoker. I can monitor the smoker without being at home. Once the smoker is finished, it keeps your food warm. Really easy to clean. The price is a little high, but I beleive it's constructed very well. The preset cooking temperature is another great feature to remove the guessing.

Love this thing it is amazing and the temperature probe is great it cooks food to perfection. Holds enough pellets to get a good smoke. Food comes out flavorful and delicious every time. The size is perfect for a family of 4. The controls are easy to use and understand. It is quality construction and heavy duty.

Great product all the way around. Perfect for small family cooks when the weather doesn't permit to smoke outdoors. Very user friendly, controls simple. Easy clean up, and holds temperature well. It has more room than it appears. I was able fit 56 wings at one time.
