A: Yes, connect to a properly 3-prong grounded GFCI outlet only and ensure to use the correct recommended cord, such as cords marked as “SJOW” and “suitable for use with outdoor appliances.” For cords up to 25 feet, use 14 gauge. For 25- to 50-foot cords, use 12-gauge. Cords longer than 50 feet are not recommended.

A: We're required by law in the State of California to include the Prop 65 Warning. This warning is required by law for many household appliances. It doesn't mean the parts of the Woodfire Pro Connect Premium XL are harmful. The grill grate is aluminum with a nonstick, high-heat ceramic coating. PTFE/PFOA-free; we include the warning you saw out of an abundance of caution and to comply with this California warning mandate because a part in the product may contain trace amounts of a substance on this list. Please rest assured that all SharkNinja products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Great at the start, but not long-lasting
Purchased a year ago. All was wonderful at first and had a great experience cooking on the weekends. Now, just one year after purchase, the pellets will not ignite. The igniter that used to glow bright orange, barely gets warm. One year later, I no longer have a smoker. My unit is very protected from the elements, and I clean it thoroughly after each use. I am not confident enough to buy another one. I need a longer lasting product.

Nice grill
I just started using this grill and I want to say it works just as it says that it does. Using the thermometer to cook with takes all the guesswork out of it. Very nice grill and I’m glad I got it. Thank you Ninja for presenting a great product for grilling. Denny

Air crisper is an awesome feature
Great smoker uses very little pellets compared to to a trager ,also smoke flavor happens way faster full of flavor.amazing how fast it cooks compared to to most grills

It's bigger on the inside!
I got the Woodfire grill 7 in 1 and I LOVED it. I have had it for 3 years and truly. I bought a stand for it, and then it was even better. It came with everything I needed, including pellets, the air fryer basket, the griddle and the grill plates and a cover. I loved the OG so much I just purchased the Premium XL Woodfire grill to get more space. I was so sad to see that it did not include the griddle plate, though, as I was accustomed to my original order. I use the heck out of both plates, so that was a HUGE disappointment and why I am rating 4 stars. What felt like a value now feels like a money grab. Outside of needing to spend a ton for all the accessories, I do love it. It has all the things that I loved about the original and it's big enough that I don't need to do so many rounds anymore. I do love it, I just wish everything I loved about it were here without needing to spend even more.

Great Grill
I bought about 3 weeks ago and love grill. I have a townhouse and can only use electric grills and this is bar gar the best I have ever used. The smoke function is my favorite setting and cook time on grill is insanely quick.

Very Good, Not Perfect, but Nothing is.
Love it, but…. There are some frustrating parts. I really don’t like that the grate is aluminum with non stick coating. Not good health wise. Works wonderfully though. Good smoke flavor but it’s not a 1:1 substitute for a smoker. I’d do a pork shoulder on it or some ribs if I’m doing a small batch but it’s a convection oven on steroids. Definitely would buy again though.

Great Grill
I have the oven and love it. Left it uncovered during a bad rainstorm and the electronics stopped working. So it was a no brainer to upgrade to the woodfire pro. I have used it every day since I received it. Everything so far has been fantastic. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Good outcomes but don’t pay for the XL
Considering this is the price of mid-level grill/flattop/smoker, it’s good. The problem we have experienced is with the app and temp probes….neither work correctly. These are known issues.Main reason we bought the XL model is for capacity but you do pay a premium for features which don’t work.

Tender and smoky
We are fans of shark ninja and have own many shark vacuums, and most recently ninja woodfire grill. We hesitated buying the grill since we already own the foodi, which does most everything except smoke. We've used the grill for a week of fish, chicken, and steak. Using the thermometer, all meat came out tender and smoky. It's so fast too. The recipes overstate time to cook but found all meats took a fraction of time listed. The thermometer should be trusted as it's accurate. The only negative are lack of a comprehensive directions but we eventually figured things out. The many youtube videos are instructive.

Amazing value, amazing grill!
Seriously, I was a "grill hopper". Did I want a smoker or pellet grill? Yes! Did I want a charcoal grill? Yes! Did I want the ease of a gas grill? Yes! Did I want an electric grill? Yes! And, I spent (wasted) money trying to find the perfect grill. THIS IS IT!! This grill is everything I've been wanting in one amazing grill! The versatility, ease of use and amazing tasting food can not be beat by any of the other individual or combo products on the market today. I'm no expert bbq'er or griller but seriously you don't need to be because this grill makes it taste like you are! I've done burgers, corn on the cob, BBQ chicken and a prime rib so far and it's the best food I've ever made because of the controlled cooking, grilling, smoking, baking that it does (plus more). I used it twice before hooking up the app/bluetooth, what can I say, I was intimidated! What a tool, omg it was so easy and I LOVE setting it and monitoring from my phone! Anyway, best value out there for the price, excellent quality materials, easy to use and will make anyone cook like a pro!

Great smoker and BBQ for a while
Starts off great but smoke function deteriorates over time. When i first started using it, it produced excellent results. But over time the lid to the smoke tray ceased to close by itself and the pellets hardly burnt (even holding the lid down during cooking.) Don’t know whats going on. It is also very hard to clean inside the hood.
