Q: is this compatible with a dimmer switch?

A: Hello, this answer is from a customer- the bulb can be used as normal in a regular lamp, and does not actually need a dimmer switch, because the dimmer is on the little remote it comes with.

Awesome light bulb
I love these lightbulbs- they're a dimmable LED that has various colors, and can be dimmed down to a nice warm glow at night, and turned up during the day for a brighter light. It has the whitish regular light settings as well as various party colors, it's super awesome and I love it. Please keep carrying this in the stores,, thank you!

Weird issue
The lightbulb turned on but did not change colors, I’m assuming it’s an issue with the remote.
