A: Hi PS! Yes, the Geeni Pet Camera requires a Wi-Fi connection to operate. It's not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi networks, so you'll need to connect it to a 2.4GHz network. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little camera is great! The video quality is clear, setup was soooo easy as well. I think the one downfall is that the cord that comes with it is pretty short. It’s wireless in connectivity but not overall. What I also like about it compared to some of my ring indoor cameras is that it moves and tracks where my other ones are stationary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my camera up and going in a total of maybe 3 minutes! Installation is super simple and quick. I love that my camera has motion detection as well as it will follow the motion. The night vision is just as great quality as during the day which is hard to find on a camera normally. The app is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate.
