Ordered Skellington and it arrived with a defect. I followed the Halloween Express' request to not to return to original store if there was an issue. Emailed company, as I was unsuccessful to reach customer service via the phone number provided. They responded and asked me to wait concerning getting a replacement part. Then just after Target's return window the company emails me they cannot send me a replacement part and to go return to original store. Do not recommend Halloween Express, as their process to handling product issues/replacement/warranty puts the customer at risk for delays in getting issue rectified and missing the original store return window.
