A: Use the included power cord and plug into the c port on the charging box and the USB into the wall. The device charges using USB-C and you can plug things into the power bank to charge using the USB PORT

short life
this power bank is more of a display and not so good for the charging of the phones. it has a short charging life and was good for charging my phone for an hour but it went from 18% to 34% in an hour and then the charger died. it might be a good deal for $5 but not worth it.
