Too loud even on the first level. Cannot turn it on while charging. Once it’s charged, you cannot turn it on until it is unplugged. It’s not worth it for the price.

If you’re looking for something cheap and simple this is not a bad fan. My issue with it is that it’s loud even on the lowest setting. I purchased this for my desk at work and when it is on I feel like it is disturbing to my coworkers. It makes like a high pitched noise in addition to the regular noise of the blades spinning. It also does not have much ability to tilt in different positions. Unfortunately I’ll have to spend more money for a better model.

Won’t let you keep it on while it’s charging, and I’ve been using it for one week and it makes the loudest rattling now 😂

My mistake for buying this as a sleep fan. It dies after a couple hours. I guess probably good when you need just a moment of a breeze. Charge doesn't last long.

Doesn't work, motor runs but the fan blades do not. I got it to run for a tiny bit by inserting a nail file and giving the blades a couple pushes. But then i kneed my desk and it stopped again. Also the Styrofoam fans you see give off 100x more air than this thing. Its cute but not functional. Waste of money

It makes a very loud noise when it’s on in all 3 settings. Will be returning this noisy desk fan sounds like it’s falling apart!

“Quiet” yeah I don’t think so. This thing made the worst grinding sound, wouldn’t stop. Returned

The fan did not stay in position. It would fall downward so I couldn’t feel any air from the fan.

The fan is broke. It will not adjust its angle and hold it. It will not work for what I bought it for. Target online will not allow me to return it. I’ll have to go in.

I saw this while walking to the register and thought to myself, "Self, every women pregnant in the summer needs a portable fan." So I bought the last 2 in stock. One for my travel bag and one for my pregnant friend. We had these guys pulled out almost immediately and they've barely been turned off since! I've tried other portable travel fans and they're always huge, even the "mini" ones! This is legitimately super small. It's a little larger than the palm of my hand and the narrow base makes it so it can squeeze into wherever your diaper or travel bag has room. There are 3 settings and the fan is powerful enough that I could feel it from 8-ish feet away. The only downsides are that it is a little louder than I'd like, and the charge doesn't last a full night. However, the power cord is short enough that you don't have to worry about an ugly mess of cords or accidentally pulling things off the bedside table in the middle of the night. I actually found the fan noise to be soothing like a sound machine. I will definitely be purchasing many of these so I can have them handy whenever I need one!

This is a great little fan! Powerful and with a cute little panda on it. It's perfect for a desk when you just need a little fresh air. It would be too clunky to bring with on a walk or any outdoor activity.

This is a cute little fan to put on your desk. It's got 3 different speeds & came charged. It's got a cord to charge it, but no block. It's the size of about a standard phone, nothing too large, but great if you want some airflow in a hot office.

So loud I can’t even use it at work with it be a distraction to those around me.
