I ordered this puzzle on 3 separate occasions and had to return all of them. They all arrived damaged due to poor shipping packaging. This last time they couldn’t even be bothered to put it in a box…they just put it in one of those thin envelopes that they use to ship clothing items. Not worth it at this price point.

Idk who the sender is, but I got the gengar puzzle and the charizard puzzle together and both boxes were in TERRIBLE condition. To start, the plastic wrap that seals it in, completely torn to pieces. The boxes themselves? Bent and beat up. And the transport box? All dented in and sht. You would hope that with orders this expensive, more care would be taken, but that’s just not the case.

cool idea, not great quality
So this puzzle is really big and my kids thought that was awesome, the pieces are thick, however for the price I am disappointed in the quality. Some of pieces were so warped that they don't lay flat and have trouble staying together. We have the Butterfree one also and haven't done that one yet so maybe it's just a one off but I wasn't impressed compared to other puzzles and the tons of other pokemon merchandise we have.

missing piece for foot
As a big fan of Pokémon i bought this 151 life size gengar puzzle! the box came with one of the corners dented. Then as im putting the puzzle together looking for the last piece for the foot i noticed that im missing a foot piece, looking through the reviews i seen someone else had an extra foot piece maybe they have mine lol
