Well I don’t have anything bad to say about ok genie, she pulls the door up and shuts it down nice. But I must admit it moves slower than I’m used to… all that aside I’m happy with the product and the price

bad door limit instructions had to find online
when programming door limit mines stays red and online other models stay red solid does not turn off like instructions state and is confussing

The instructions were well written and easy to follow.
Everything was super easy to folloe and having the ability to rotate a 3D model and see the parts at different angles was super helpful. I will add that the wiring in these instructions and also on the papers that came in the box are misleading. When wiring in the power head, you need to keep your sensors seperated from your opener wires. one set goes into port 3 & 4 and the other goes into 1 and 2. It took some Googling to find out why the garage door button didnt illuminate or work. Other than that, I am very pleased.

Genie make the installation of this product super easy!! 1st time ever doing it, an no problems!! Even did it fast because the instructions an design were superior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This garage door opener is easy to install, a little trouble with electric eyes, but I got it going. The unit is a lot quieter than my old door opener. I wish it had come with two remotes, but it only has one.
