I’ve been buying this brand for the past 16 years and the quality is still the same. I prefer the oil packed version, the meat seems to be firmer. I have tried water packed tuna and I don’t like the texture of the meat. Happy to have a choice available.

OK, but was not solid tuna. The can I received was not even labeled as solid tuna, just yellowfin. It was chunk tuna. I do appreciate the easy open lid on the can, also at odds with the picture shown by Target.

Worth every penny! Twice the meat!
Excellent tuna. Solid filet style pack, no fiber soup like you get in the famous brands light tuna. You open the can and all you see is solid tuna, you get twice as much meat so it actually is worth every penny.

Good and yellowfin
This tuna is delicious and meaty, if you can say that about a fish. Packed in olive oil, it doesn't need to be drained as thoroughly as others. The olive oil helps retain texture and flavor. Don't be surprised when you get yellowfin tuna instead of solid light tuna as shown. Genova Seafood says it's the same thing but the packaging has been changed.
