you'll find a better soup than a small company. We've never tried the chicken one we have vegetarian and the vegan one is phenomenal. I'm sure this is too.!
this is the best soup ever we get the vegan one because we have vegan and gluten-free in our house to have a win-win with low sodium for a soup as a low sodium soup prepared to most very tasty. We just add a squeeze of lime a little bit of jalapeños, if you like spice and a little bit of green onions for the chefs kiss, you don’t have to, but we just do that sometimes when we want to add a little extra.

Not sure if they made changes since some of the reviews here, but I had the chicken pho (pho ga) and this is one of the best instant noodles I’ve ever had. Great flavor and just a little bit of heat. (Noticeable, but not enough that you couldn’t give this to your kids) Will definitely be stocking up on these for easy snacks or quick lunches.

Nice Broth - Put it over Ramen Noodles IMO
I would say the flavor and consistency is nice. It does have too many scallions and in the end I think I would have liked it over Ramen Noodles as these noodles are pretty boring and even after really boiling it stuck together like crazy. I am not sure where they won the award and would be interested in knowing what their competition was. Am I full after eating it? Yes, so it did what it was supposed to which was make me full on less than $3.

I love Pho and was excited when I found this. The taste is pretty amazing I actually liked the way the noodles tasted. However, I wouldn't necessarily recommend adding in the whole package with the lettuce, etc, as it can get overpowering 😭 But other than that it's pretty tasty!

of course going to an actual restaurant to get Pho is better, but for instant at home pho, this is pretty decent and chicken broth is pretty good too especially when you are feeling under the weather and need something soothing to eat, pairs well with a cup of lemon ginger hot tea...if you want to make it your own, you can add protein and veggies/herbs to it ( I didn't but I'm sure It would be really good to add chicken and whatever else)..I'd purchase this again and it's also filling , I want to try the beef next
