Never use FedEx delivery
This should be the only dog food allowed on the market. My dogs love this food. Three of them are very old just like the dogs pictured on the bag. My dogs have been eating this for 90% of their life. Our veterinarian bills are the absolute minimum. My 3 very old dogs are extremely healthy because of this food. They love it. Just like the commercials on TV other dog foods advertise; my dogs get excitement when it's time to eat, literally. My order arrived on August 8th, already opened. You should cancel your contract with FedEx. I paid for 30 lb of dog food, but that is not what I received. Maybe you can find out who the delivery driver was, and I would like the rest of the dog food I paid for. Stop using #FedEx

My Dog's Favorite Food
My dog loves the Gentle Giant brand dog food! I’ve tried a lot of different brands with my dogs through the years and this is the one I’ve settled on and plan to continue feeding him. Too bad that the Target in Plainfield IN has discontinued stocking it. Hopefully the Avon store will continue selling it otherwise I will have to drive a lot further to the Glendale store to get it. Thanks for stocking it!

Frustrated and disappointed
I always shop in store and online. This was the worst online shopping experience I've had. The package said for two days it was going to arrive and no updates on the tracking. When I called customer service, I could barely understand the representative, English is not her first language or even second. After asking her multiple times to repeat her her explanation she told me to wait another day and if it doesn't arrive to give them a call back. I told her why do I need to be chasing this order? If it said it was going to arrive two days prior. It was just a mess. Ultimately, she re-ordered the dog food to have it delivered the next day. Which she should've initially offered instead of telling me to wait another day and call back. This was so disappointing. I will start looking for alternatives for my online shopping due to this awful experience.

This is the best dog food! I wish I would have found this earlier when my Rottweiler was alive. Rachel Ray came out with nourish and I thought that would be a great dog food and I think it ended up killing my dog. Don't buy that one. By this one!

I have bought this food a couple of times and I have asked Target repeatedly why they don't offer the smaller bag to no avail. If you have a smaller dog this large bag lasts over 6 months and I would prefer a smaller bag so the product is fresher and easier to store.
