To prepare, first empty the latte froth packet into a mug and place it on your brewer's cup stand. Next, insert the K-Cup® pod and brew using the 8-ounce setting. Gevalia 2 Step Cappucino
Yum! The Gevalia cappuccino is perfect! Great for an at home coffee shop taste. It’s basically just powdered milk & sugar in the packet and that foams really nicely on top of the coffee. I did half the serving of coffee since I wanted mine strong and it’s perfect. I was scared to try this so grabbed a box on impulse when it was on sale. If you don’t have the patience to froth your milk/cream or don’t have a quality frother, this is literally the next best thing. Or if you just want fancy coffee at home, it’s worth the try! Tastes like I ordered a coffee with extra foam. The only downside is that it only comes with 6 servings and is a bit pricey, but a box of 6 is cheaper than six cappuccino’s from a coffee shop where I live so I’ll take it!

Diabetics & low sugar dieters-BEWARE!
Here’s a polished version of your review: I loved the taste of this coffee—until I realized it caused my blood sugar to spike from normal levels to nearly 200! The nutritional label is very confusing. It states that a K-Cup contains 7g and the froth contains 20g—but 7g and 20g of what, exactly? The coffee itself is already sweet, so I didn’t add any sugar, yet my blood sugar still skyrocketed. This makes me seriously question how transparent they are about the actual sugar content. I knew it tasted too good to be true! If you’re diabetic, prediabetic, following keto, or simply trying to manage your sugar intake for better health, avoid this coffee at all costs!

This product makes a good cup of cappuccino, which is not too sweet. Since I have been purchasing this product, I have avoided Starbucks. This product is hard to find as most stores have stopped carrying it, and Amazon sells it for a ridiculous price. Please do not stop selling it!

Great for skipping Starbucks
When I am trying to save money and make my beverages at home, I use the Gevalia cappuccino pods. They are perfect for making a frosty beverage without paying all the cost of a specialty drink at a Starbucks. Overall, they are delicious and super easy to make but I only suggest having one because they have 13 g of carbohydrates and they can tend to be a little expensive even though you’re making them at home.

Exploding pods
Don’t get these. I have tried many times to get them to work in my machine. They exploded all but once. The one time I had it, it was gross.
