It comes with one chain set that spells out the word lucky and it also has four individual charms, a little cowgirl hat, a horseshoe, a boot and a horse. They are adorable and my daughter loves them. Apparently it's all the rage to change up your laces and add cute little jewelry to your shoea. This pack is cute and there's a variety of charms to choose from. They are easy to put on any shoe with laces. They are gold colored but obviously not real gold. There is one long charm (like a necklace) that says LUCKY, and four single charms (a horse, cowboy hat, horseshoe, and cowboy boot). You can wear them all at once or change them up. My daughter puts LUCKY on one shoe and the hat and horse on the other shoe. For the price, it's pretty reasonable considering the number of charms we got. I have 2 bracelets and just very bare and this is such a cute addition for my bracelets. My favorite part that I can hook it and unhook easily. I also can mix and match depending on my mood.
