His books, leadership development programs, and keynotes are inspired by a 20-year leadership career in the hospitality and entertainment industries, working for Disney Parks and Resorts, Gaylord Hotels and Resorts, Wynn Resorts, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
