I would give a zero. You can't access the instructions for set up. It's just a scale it can't be set up to analyze body composition. I should have been paid for the time I wasted getting the scale.

You know what? I'm not even mad about the qr code. I'm fine with saving paper, and not everyone needs an instruction booklet, and they all get thrown out anyway, read or not. What I AM mad about is the fact that instead of opening the instructions for the scale, instead the qr code takes you to a website where you have to enter the model number of the scale to find the booklet. Is the model number on the card with the qr code?? No, absolutely not, why on earth would you think they might put the model number on the card with the qr code that takes you to a website where you have to enter the model number?? Then when you do actually get the model number, instead of opening the instructions in the browser you're in, it forces you to download a zip folder. Have you ever tried to open a zip folder on your PHONE that you HAD to use to follow the qr code? Guess I won't be using this scale for body comp measurements because I don't know how to use it and I already spent 30 minutes failing to ACCESS the instructions to do so. At least it works as a scale without needing instructions. I'd tell you to buy something better but this kind of nonsense is literally all that's out there these days, all hail the great innovations of capitalism. (The scale itself seems fine, as good as any other.)

What a joke, just wt, flawed BCA
Only shows correct weight. All their tech behind doing the BCA is a joke. For a person who's had BCAs done since years, shows a BMI +7 of actual. Generally my SMM is 42-44%, shows 17.7%. So basically, this thing doesn't know my height, whatever current it sends in the body isn't getting anywhere. Just gives you a number to play around with and maybe people who don't understand how BCA is done or first times find it good to know. Just guestimation. Will return.

Works well but took a little time initially
When I first brought this scale home, it gave me very different weights on each try, and I couldn't get it to measure body composition at all. I kept turning it off and resetting it, and still no success. So I was going to take it back, but for some reason I tried it again the next morning. Apparently it needed time to get set for my body (?)-- it has worked perfectly and consistently ever since. If you buy it and have trouble with it, give it a chance.

Tells your weight for a 10th of a second!
It only shows my weight for a 10th of second. And then goes on to show you all this other information that I don't care about including what I previously weighed and how much I've lost. I don't want to have to do math! I just want to know how much I weigh. So I'm taking a back because it's just too complicated!

Scaleable Vlaue
Have only had the scale for a week but have found it to be accurate. It is lightweight but made of quality materials. I like the electronic measuring strips going across the scale horizontally rather than my last model going vertically. I find it easier to place my footing. The BMI, Water, Fat, Muscle measurements are consistant and seem accurate compared to last doctors' visit. I like how they repeat across the screen more than once for recording and I like the fact that the weight compares progress or lack there of to the previous time I stepped on the scales. I would recommend this scale over the last one which was branded by a national weight loss program--WOW:)
