Q: I have bought 2 different WW scales in the past. After about a year, they didn't work so good. Every time I would get on the scale, I would get a different reading. I tried replacing batteries and it still didn't help. Has that issue been fixed yet.

Q: Blue light goes off before weight is shown.
A: Troubleshooting Steps Check Battery Power Weak or improperly inserted batteries can cause the scale to shut off prematurely. Replace with fresh batteries and ensure correct polarity1. Reset the Scale Turn the scale over and locate the reset button (usually on the bottom). Press and hold it for 5 seconds using a pen or paperclip. Release, wait for the scale to power off, then step on it to restart 2. Calibrate the Scale Place it on a flat, hard surface (not carpet). Tap the center with your foot to turn it on. Wait for it to show “0.0” or “CAL” before stepping on2. Ensure Proper Foot Contact Stand still with bare feet flat on the scale. Avoid socks or dry feet, which can interfere with sensor readings 3. Avoid Static Cling Confusion Some users mistake the blue static cling sticker on the display for the backlight. Make sure it’s removed before first use

Q: How come my weight varies depending where in the same room I put it( By just a couple of inches)
A: Our scale measurement sensors are very sensitive and respond to even minute differences in the evenness of flooring and shifts in weight on the scale. For best accuracy and repeatability, we recommend that people do not move their scale (i.e., keep it in the same location/position on the floor) and stand centered above the scale platform with their weight evenly balanced.
