A: Your scale has been set at the factory to read weight in pounds (lb). You may select kilograms (kg) of measurement by pressing the button on the bottom of the scale while the scale is on. Press firmly on the platform to turn the scale on.

A: Here's some tips about the scale. For best accuracy, calibrate scale. Place your scale on a hard, flat surface, do not use on uneven tile, flooring or carpeting. Try to keep your scale in the same location or position as much as possible. Step on the scale with one foot applying enough pressure to turn the scale on - then remove your foot. The digital readout should show dashes or zeros. The scale will automatically turn off. Now your scale is ready for you to take a weight reading. Step on the scale evenly with both feet. Place your feet in the same position every time you weigh yourself. If you pick up, move or bump your scale, please repeat the steps above for best accuracy. Stand still during measurement. Clothes can vary in weight. For the most consistent readings, weigh yourself at the same time of day. Allow for weight fluctuations due to food or drink in your system. A: To calibrate the scale, step on the scale (disregarding the reading) and step off. This process ensures the scale is set and is now ready for use. Do this whenever the scale is moved. At all other times step straight onto the scale. Please reach out with any additional questions.

I had this scale for 4 years I only recently lost it because my apartment flooded and the scale got wet. But it was pretty accurate always never broke and I didn’t have any real issues with it. And it’s also stylish and matched my bathroom.

Inaccurate
I have had this for a few years now and it's become fairly useless. I have been doing weight checks at the doctor and finding that with my shoes and clothes on at the doctor, I weighed LESS within an hour of what this thing told me with none of that on. So here I'm thinking I'm not progressing and I actually was. The reverse was also true, sometimes it would say I weight less than the scale at the doctors would say. Don't get this.

Inaccurate reads. Every time I step on the scale within minutes of each other, it’s a different number. I thought it was off when first purchased and kept trying to calibrate it to zero, but it just didn’t seem to work. I even stepped on holding a 7lb weight. It said I weighed 1lb more than a minute prior. Back to the store it goes.

This scale is overly inaccurate. First use I believed the results to be close to correct but the next day it showed a 3 pound gain. Moved the scale to a different room and tried another read. This time it showed a 7 pound gain on the same day! Back to the store it went.
