This cocoa mug ornament is cute but unfortunately it arrived with the hanger bracket broken/defective. I don’t think it happened in shipping because it was nicely packed. But if you can find it locally and can check out the quality in person - go for it!

Quality control needs to improve. I did drive up and it was damaged. Instead of sending a replacement, I’ve been asked to return the item in order to get a new replacement. Now it’s sold out.

I loved the way this one looked against our daughter’s white Christmas tree she keeps in her bedroom. It is bright and pretty durable feeling. It is also a great value when it comes to options if you need something for a ornament exchange this holiday season. It’s delicate and will shatter but very light weight to add to your tree. I like the pretty details and holiday spirit. The gold string is great because the clear one on others makes it look cheap. This is a great buy I received an incentive to write this review.

The red is a deeper color than what I expected but I still think it’s really pretty. Each snowflake sparkles with glitter. The top of the ornament is adorable with the chocolate straw, whipped cream and sprinkles. I really am excited to put my Christmas tree up and add this to my collection.
