Too viscous - do not buy
This glaze is extremely viscous - a cornstarch suspension that doesn’t flow well out of the bottle and leaves big splotchy deposits on your food when you squeeze it out. It’s not like other balsamic glazes you can buy, and now Target only sells this one. I have to go to other stores to buy the old brand now. What a terrible product.

Strange texture
This had a strange texture and was very jelly-like. It doesn’t flow easily out of the bottle and is quite bitey for a balsamic glaze. I’ve had several other brands that are much better tasting and texturally more appetizing.

Absolutely Delicious! I was able to taste this at Target as a sample. I actually declined the offer. Then I thought why not. He prepared it with a chunk of mozzarella cheese and the ‘good and gather’ marinated peppers. Oh my God. It was like a bite of heaven. Just a perfect sweet & savory bite. I was shocked. I immediately grabbed it to purchase as well as the peppers and cheese. I’m currently eating it this morning with a spinach and arugula salad. LOL. The glaze was definitely the key to the sample. I definitely would purchase this in the future. I highly recommend it. I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about. Good job Target!

Poor quality and taste
Taste was not good. It is clumpy even when shook bottle vigorously prior to use. Just not good. Wish they still carried the other brands. Really don't like having the Good & Gather brand as the only option for many of the products at my SuperTarget, which has a very large grocery section in Chicago

I read other reviews that said it was “tart” at first yes, but try shaking it a bit to mix. I just used this today for a caprese salad after shaking to mix it a bit & it tasted perfectly fine like your standard name brand glaze.

Very good!
This is very good especially for the price and convenience. I was skeptical after reading the reviews, but I don’t mind a tart taste. Personally, this didn’t taste overtly tart. It was a big hit on the caprese salad I made!
