Description
The Glenmorangie whisky is distilled in the tallest copper pot stills in Scotland. The height of their necks alone is 5.14 metres, equivalent height to an adult giraffe. This means that when we distil our spirit, we collect only the finest and smoothest of spirit, as the heavier and impure alcohols fall back down the still.
The Original, double-distilled and matured for 10 years in bespoke casks, defines the house style and forms the foundation of Glenmorangie’s extra-matured whiskies. To develop their unique flavours, Nectar d’Or spends an extra two years in Sauternes barriques, while Lasanta is moved to ex-sherry casks, and Quinta Ruban spends two years in ruby port barrels.

Great little gift

Such a fun Gift!
I bought this for my husband for Father's day and we had so much fun exploring the different types of Scotch! I highly recommend this for any person wanting to learn or try out the different types before investing in the bigger bottle. We are Glenmo fans for life!

Delicious!
Great set of four single malts from Glenmorangie, which i believe has been the favorite single malt in Scotland for a long time - and you should trust those Scots! Absolutely delicious whisky and a great gift. Glenmorangie is nice and smooth and easy drinking.

The Perfect gift or just a great way sample the Best that Highlands Scotch has to offer. Top favorites in the pack are the Quinta Ruban extra matured for 2 years in Port casks, and the LaSanta also extra matured for 2 years in Sherry casks!

Great if you are a fan of highland whisky. The info is wrong, you only get 4 x 50mL small bottles, enough for a dram of each but you really get to know the portfolio of what Glenmorangie has to offer without spending a ton. I the box could be a bit better but it makes for a good gift for anyone who is into scotch.
I will give you my impressions of the four inside:
The Lasanta (Sherry Cask Finish) - very good and sweet, not as sweet and not smoky at all.
The Quinta Ruban (Port Cask Finish) - sweeter than the Lasanta but has a nice finish. Not my favorite but good notes of fruits in the end.
The Nectar d'Or (Sauternes Cask) - has honey sweetness but to me it has some kind of harash finish. I think if it was 15 years it would be better
Original - Best one of them all, no additional flavourings needed. My Fav!
