Q: Does it always have to be under black light to glow? Or does it just have to rest under it for a while. And if so, how long does it have to rest for?

The tube of makeup glows, but I think because there's a high amount of the product. However, when you apply to your face, it does not glow. I applied a lot of product and it still did not glow.

I applied the makeup on hallow, and it wouldn't glow longer than about 2 seconds. I had to cake it on, and that felt gross. In order to see what I was doing, I had to use a blacklight flashlight while applying. Even that didn't work unless I stuck it on my face for a minute.

DO NOT BUY!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. I received a bad chemical burn from this. I wish I had looked at reviews prior to buying. Target should stop selling this immediately!!!

This BURNED our skin! we were going to a Halloween glow party and had put makeup on and then applied some of this in a few areas. I was misfortunate and had used it on my face versus makeup and my friend used it on her arms. As soon as it dried it started burning uncontrollably. We washed it off as fast as we could. we had to use burn ointment and ice packs ton to stop the burning as it continued to chemical burn after being washed off. do not use this. do not put it on your children. The only reason I gave it one star is I can't give zero.

Got it to glow by "charging" it with a flashlight shined on the makeup. Was kind of hard to work with though, but I'm also not great with cream makeup.
