This was the most disappointing thing I have even bought at Target. I had it on my little dog for an hour and it has fuzz balls all over it and the top looks all worn and all she did was sit in a chair. I'd love to return it because it's such awful quality.

I measured my dog because Target clothes typically run big for pets. I must say I'm very disappointed. The sizing runs small this year and the sizing chart is inaccurate. I ordered the medium because my dog measures 21in around her chest and the medium says it'll fir 20in-28in around. Last year I got her mediums and they fit perfectly. Medium I measured the jacket and it should be 18in long, it's only 17in long and not nearly 20-28in around the chest. The chest is closer to 18in.
