Like several of your other capsules, these are way too large, especially for anyone with swallowing problems. If not for this I would use considerably more of your product line.

I continually buy this and other products having the same ingredients. (12 times on Amazon). It is impossible to know if the ingredients result in a marked improvement in my knees since I walk over 10,000 steps every five days and exercise, how can I know if a supplement is effective. Another issue is the lack breakdown of what is in the capsules. 2000 mg of "proprietary blend". What does that mean?

I have been using the glucosamine and the mens multivitamin for a few years now. I feel the difference when I miss a does. My joints are a bit cranky and stuff. Amazing quality for the price.
