Q: My stand came today but I can’t seem to open the fill cap. There are no instructions. Should I pry it off or does it unscrew and with what kind of tool? I’ve tried both with different tools without success.

Q: I just received my base. What should I use to remove the fill cover? There are no instructions and the cover is on. Do I use some tool to pry it off or does it somehow need to be unscrewed? I can’t seem to do either.
