I started by searing the chicken thighs and then finishing off in the oven. Pan worked wonderfully and can handle the oven up to 500 degrees. Chicken was crisped so nice while the meat stayed juicy and tender. This pan was exactly what I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this GoodCook Stainless Steel 10 inch Frying Pan complimentary from the brand and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. My first impression in holding this pan was that it’s got a good weight to it, and a nice ergonomic handle. I went into my fridge and freezer to figure out what to cook, and decided to pan fry up some gyoza dumplings. The frying pan heated up beautifully and quickly. I added a little oil and the gyoza didn’t stick to the surface at all. My one complaint is that while preheating the pan, the bottom started to turn brown. This was before I even tested with a drop of water or added oil. Usually this isn’t a concern with high quality stainless steel pans, in my experience. I’ll have to take a good scrub brush to it again or just accept having a less-than-pristine pan. But it did the job decently and I’m interested to see how it holds up to pan frying a good steak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Goodcook stainless steel i usually used ceramic and Teflon pans and pots, but over time they would start to peel and scratch, leaving the metal or rust exposed to the food. So I started using stainless steel. This pan is very good quality and excellent for cooking. It doesn't release any toxic substances into your food. I cooked fried meat in it and it didn't stick at all, and it was very easy to clean. Then I fried some eggs and nothing stuck either. So I highly recommend it; it's very good quality and the material it's made of is safe and non-toxic for cooking. Its compatible with the rest of my kitchens utensils.

(Baby pancakes for them obviously) it is highly durable as it has been washed through the dishwasher and I don’t feel like any of the food I cook needs to be moved to a specific area to cook properly. Cleaning is simple and easy and with the price point, I think this is a must have in everyone’s kitchen.

I've used it mostly for eggs and i havent has an issue with them sticking (unless the temperature is too hot) I do want to say to season your pan like you would a cast iron skillet and it'll never do you wrong! I'm looking into getting different sizes of these now! Love that it does have all those toxic things in it like alot of others!

The only thing it needs to be 1000% perfect would be protection on the handle, because it gets very hot. I used it just now to taost up a grilled cheese sandwich and it still looks brand new. It grilled evenly and my sandwich was delicious. This is a great addition to my cooking pans.

After my quick tutorial I realized that high heat and using a good fat source is key and this frypan didn’t disappoint. My egg breakfast turned out well and the taste was very good. I like the better material composition of this pan for my cooking needs. The pan feels sturdy and well made. The heat distribution is even and cooks well.

As with all stainless steel, let it heat up before you start throwing in food. Once my oil was heated, the food cooked evenly and didn’t burn. Cleaned up well when I washed it. It is dishwasher safe but I prefer to hand wash my skillets and pans.

The design feels sturdy and I like that it heats up fairly quickly, but it does take some practice to cook without food sticking. If you’re not used to stainless steel, cleanup can be a little extra work compared to nonstick pans. It’s a good budget-friendly option if you want to step into stainless steel cooking, but not the easiest pan for everyday, fuss-free meals. Overall, I’d say it’s just okay—works, but not my favorite.
