GoodGram 8 Pc Hotel Down Alternative Bed in a Bag Comforter Set

I really like to change the colors and patterns accordingly to the seasons and how they make me feel. I own 14 Flannel sheets, around 6 Jersey sheets, and another 22 Cotton or polyester mix blend sheets of all colors. Some solid or plaids, florals, stripes and everything in between. I was seriously considering buying one set, but after reading all the reviews, I decided not to buy it because many people have wrote that the main negative issue was that the top comforter is long enough, but it’s NOT WIDE ENOUGH to cover the sides. I have about 7 comforters and sheet sets that I really love but they don’t cover over the sides, so to make them look good, I pull more of it to one side where the door is so no one notices it, but me. I have a Queen Size mattress and I really pay attention to the size of the comforter…… It HAS TO BE 89”x89” or more, but I prefer 90”x90” though. Or I don’t buy it. Not only is it a great alternative to a down comforter, but it is the perfect weight for warmer months. I usually don't buy a white comforter but I love the way it looks accented with other colors. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this set for a while and they are the most comfy sheets I own. Not only do they fit well, they wash well with no fading! There is no pilling either! The fitted sheet is awesome because it does not ride off the corners like some of my other sets do. I love the color, I have burgundy. The color remained bright after several washings and I am happy about that. Also, no wrinkles after drying them. This set is super soft to sleep in. I will be looking for more of them!

Soft to sleep on, but holds up to weekly washing and drying. Even the comforter is easy to wash. Would have never thought something so soft would wear so well. Definitely will re-purchase. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was going to love the sheets for summer, they felt very light and now stiff at all after washing them, but my husband said the are hot and don't breathe at all. Also after the second night I woke up and the fitted sheet had came loose and I was laying on the mattress protector and not the sheet! Definitely needs tighter elastic on corners to keep the fitted sheet on the bed. My next complaint is the comforter isn't wide enough, it barely covers the top of my mattress and doesn't come down on the sides at all😟

The sheets envelope you in soft, smooth comfort that made my husband and I sleep so much better than our old sheet sets did. He gets cold easily, so the down alternative comforter kept him comfortably warm without overheating him. The only reason I didn't rate these as a 5 star is that one corner of the fitted sheet comes off the mattress every night, and not always the same corner. No matter how we put it on and tuck it under, one corner always pops off. But, the comfort and luxury of the sheets will outweigh that little detail for me.

However, there were some things that I didn't like about this. Starting with the comforter, I liked the look of the fluffiness but after washing it there were areas that the stuffing shifted so some spots were fluffy and some areas had no stuffing or it was balled up. The top sheet, fitted sheet , and pillow cases are wonderful. The bed skirt corners are sewed so with the style of bed frame that I have, I had to slit the fabric which wasn't a big deal. So over all it is a beautiful set. Just not sure what would be the best way to wash the comforter.

It did, I liked the texture and the overall feel of it. However, it did not totally cover my bed, (the duvet that is) so I'm sure had I it been going solo, someone else would have hogged all the covers
