Great vegan Mac
These are good. Not gummy like you expect from gluten free. Cheese is nice. I would eat them same day though, they don’t do as well the next day. But they do not turn into mush. We like to add a bit of garlic powder and nooch to them. Perfect!

Strong Vinegar Taste
Why would there be apple cider vinegar in this? It tastes so vinegary I had to just throw it out after making it. The noodles are good (especially for being gluten free), but the sauce mix ruins it. The Vegan is Believing favor is amazing but this .. not good at all.

Bait and switch? No longer a low glycemic brand?
I think it's deceptive and unethical to switch to gluten free and still market themselves as low glycemic. Look at the carb to fiber on the Goodles gluten free line and convince me that's still blood sugar friendly.

As someone who is recently gluten and dairy free, this isn't all that bad! I made it with regular butter and almond milk and followed directions to a T. The noodles are good and not mushy. The "cheese" has a good texture and the taste is alright- as good as it's going to get for fake cheese! I've been having a Mac and Cheese craving lately and this has helped satisfy it! Would totally eat again.

Disgusting vinegar smell, inedible
I've tried this Vegan Mac and Cheese twice now, and both times I've had to immediately throw it out. It smells extremely strong of apple cider vinegar, which I then confirmed when I checked the ingredients. That is not an appetizing smell--indeed, quite the opposite. It makes me want to vomit. When I tried to ignore the smell and focus on the taste, it similarly tastes like vinegar and is disgusting. I love other Goodles products, but the vegan one is just not it. I hope the recipe can be refined, especially for those of us who are repulsed by the smell and taste of vinegar.
