Twice I have ordered this and both times I have received the 4cuft not the 7 cuft. Not sure if this is an issue with Target misrepresenting on their description or if the Company filling the order cannot correctly ship any item.. either way it’s frustrating

When I ordered this cart it had finally gone on sale but what I didn’t expect was the product that arrived was already damaged from the box to the plastic tub (see pictures below) the only solution was to return the huge box that already looked like it was returned a few times. I ended up keeping it because it’s cosmetic so far but the quality is poor from target and the seller.
