The ingredients are great which I really like. The crispness you get in the air fryer with them was perfect. I did like the texture. And it smelled good. No complaints really.

The convenience is great because they cook quickly and are easy to toss in the oven or air fryer, but the quality just didn’t match what I expected. The breading looked crisp in the package, but once cooked it turned soft and a bit mushy, even when I tried different cooking times and temperatures. It never really got that crunchy texture you want in a fish sandwich fillet. The flavor was also just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but it was very bland and didn’t have much of that classic, savory fish-and-crisp-breading taste. It also had a slightly artificial aftertaste that made it less enjoyable. Pairing it with a bun and toppings helped a little, but not enough to make it something I’d look forward to eating again. While I appreciate the convenience and the idea behind these fillets, the overall texture and flavor just didn’t work for me. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t repurchase.

I also added cheese to it but this definitely seems like a good source of protein. Very easy to prepare, looks good, and no strong odors. If I had to eat fish again I would but this product.

I chose to use the air fryer which really didn’t take long. It’s about a ten minute cook time in the air fryer. They really didn’t need to be defrosted at all. The texture is that of what you would expect of pollock. A little flaky but not to the point where it disintegrates and becomes messy. The fillets tasted so good and didn’t have an aftertaste. I loved these fillets and will definitely be adding them to my regular cooking schedule!

The package is easy to open so it doesn't matter if your in a hurry or you have plenty time to cook, the bag opens seamlessly and they are easy and quick to bake for lunch or dinner. They do not smell too strongly of fish and they dont smell bitter, the smell when your baking them is actually pretty good. My 2 year old son even loved these and ate everything single bite of the fish filets surprisingly. I will definitely be buying these fish filets in the future with out a doubt

Made it in my air fryer. It came out crispy on the outside and nice and most and flaky on the inside. Topped with cheese and some tartar sauce and put it on a bun for an easy lunch sandwich. Smelled so good, hubby asked for me to make him a sandwich too.

They do not smell fishy and or taste fishy and are also perfectly crispy if you pop then in an airfryer. They make quick meals and are perfectly cost effective when compared to how many sandwiches you'll get out of one bag to what you'll pay for juat one sandwich from a fast food resteraunt. Without sacrificing quality or taste these will satisfy the craving everytime!!
