I've ordered this to create some purely nonalcoholic cocktails, and I think this is a great addition. It's not syrupy sweet and does have the fragrant elderflower bouquet. The consistency is also very nice. Overall, nice product in nice packaging, and I'd order it again.

I have tried several brands of elderflower syrup and cordials and have to say this one is the only one Ive thought I needed to warn potential buyers about. Its just strange. Flavor is thin and you can only barely detect an elderflower hint but it mostly is a musky citrus flavor that is not entirely pleasant. I usually mix with mint and that seemed to clash and bring out that odd musky (for lack of better term) flavor. Its a cordial rather than syrup so hard to find mix for my purpose (mocktail of sorts). Anyway, Im crossing this one off the list for future purchases. Of note, the seller responded to me about my experience and offered refund without my asking. Thats just amazing in my experience. Im going to look through their store to find other products because of their excellent customer service!

Really tasty elderflower syrup!
I love elderflower and have a liqueur that a friend got me years ago that is delicious. I love that this is essentially elderflower simple syrup without the alcohol like the liqueur.It is sweet since it is made from sugar but the flavor of the elderflower is really nice and delicious. My immediate thought was that it would be perfect in a dry sparkling wine or prosecco for brunch take your mimosas up a notch! It could also make a really interesting Italian soda or even in just plain soda water. It also might make a really interesting addition to sugar cookies or even vanilla cakes.The flavor of this is really great and not artificial in any way which I love. It has so much versatility and a really lovely flavor that is true to elderflower. Yum!

I've had elderberry syrup for health reasons, but have never tried elderflower syrup. I made a cocktail with gin, soda, and this syrup it was SO good!!! I can't believe I've never tried this stuff before! I'm going to put some in my green tea tomorrow. The flavor was very fresh, and not as sickly sweet as I expected it was great!

Tasty Cordial
This is very tasty elderberry syrup. It is sweet with just a hint of lemon coming through. I tried some in hot tea and it did a nice job of adding sweetness while cutting the bitterness. The appearance is faint transparent yellow having the viscosity of a thin syrup. This product of Poland expires 9 months from now. No worries, itll be long gone by then. Looking forward to using this for summer cocktails. Refrigerate after opening.

82723 update: this makes the best shaved ice ever! Not too sweet, just a bit tart... delicious! I will order again!Elderflower are the edible flowers before they are pollinated and turned into elderberries. This cordial is sweet, but it also has a tartness coming from the elderflower. This is a syrup so it's sweet, but not overly so. The elderflower flavor comes out quite well and it's great as a sweetner in tea. I haven't tried it with lemonade yet, but I think that would be delicious!
