Its Not just ginger
Well I just wanted fresh Ginger, they didn’t have fresh ginger, got what I assumed was 2nd best, did not want Ginger with a buck load of additives…. :( See photo for ingredients

Not just ginger
I bought this with a pickup order since I couldn’t choose fresh ginger as an option. The policy listing does not contain ingredient details and I naively assumed this would just be ginger purée with maybe some vitamin c or e for preserving, but nope, the additives include things I don’t need in my fresh ginger: added dextrose, fructose, xantham gum, and ascorbic & citric acids (which is made from GMO moldy corn—yuck.) Sharing photo of ingredient list in case anyone interested.
