A good choice for some types of dishes. I depends on what you're doing
It depends on what you're cooking with it... If you like your rice to stay as fluffy, separate, individual grains when cooked, this is the one to pick. This is not suitable for such dishes as Sushi, where you want the rice to clump together. It simply won't do that.
