Q: Is anyone else having issues with the canopy on the car seat? It seems like when I open it, the velcro pulls off on one side. How did you fix it?

  • A: He still fits until his head is within 1 inch of the top of the car seat I believe. Check the user manual. I stopped using this with my big baby at about 6 months since it was easier to just put him in and out of the car. Once you stop pulling the car seat in and out, it's not really worth it to use anymore.

    Bulky

    Very bulky stroller doesn’t fold with the bassinet attached so we have so many pieces takes. Up a lot of space . The bassinet part is not comfy for my 8 month old he cries every time he’s in it so we just use the car seat attachment but it’s so hot. We haven’t been using much of it lately. We have it adjusted to his proper size so i don’t know why he’s sliding down and the strap just digs into his groin area. The wheels stroll nicely and I love the car seat.

    I had this stroller and car seat, and as a first-time mom, I honestly think this is one of the worst car seat and stroller combinations I have ever used. The car seat does not have adequate support for newborns and is way too spacious for a small baby. I never felt like my baby was properly supported or secure in it. The stroller is also extremely bulky, and my baby would lean and slide toward the sides while sitting in it. I was very disappointed with the quality and design of both products. What made the experience even worse was that when I contacted the brand for help, they were not willing to assist me or provide a satisfactory solution. As a first-time mom, I expected much better, especially when it comes to my baby’s safety and comfort. I would not recommend this car seat and stroller to other parents.

    Gift for my daughter

    Pretty good but not THE BEST

    Wheels aren’t the best - occasionally get stuck on raised concrete or tree roots I would not say it’s a “one handed fold” and the wheels can also get stuck to prevent it from folding flat so you have to adjust them Not too heavy and easy to click in and out for the bassinet and car seat

    This is the worst stroller that I've ever bought in my parenting it is not sturdy the brakes hardly work they don't break it's very bulky It takes up a lot of space even when you break it down it is not one handed you have to use two hands to break it down and open it The can of the bassinet part is starts to tilt after a while it's just not sturdy at all and is the worst stroller and I think Rachel will need to just stop making making it or make it more accessible and make it more durable and stable I believe that That advertising that it's one hand Fold is False advertising The recline is not any good either Pushing the stroller with one hand is very difficult When you push it one hand it drift off to one direction It does not give a smooth ride

    Great promise poorly delivered.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my newborn 1 month back, the assembly was easy enough but lengthy. I am rating 1 star just coz of the car seat. The stroller doesn’t fold well, nor is lightweight and even though being 4 wheeled stroller isn’t smooth at all. Coming to its headlining feature the bassinet mode, its useless to say the least. Its like a baby bounce board, and my 2 month old just bounces up and down even when we are standing still and all she does is a little stretch.

    Great stroller/ car seat combo
