Grandson's nightmare car seat combo
Top of the car seat cover keeps falling and covering my grandson’s face it’s happened several times not safe at all. I’ve been trying to get help to return it for at least store credit haven’t been successful even called the corporate and the manufacture but no luck not even with having my receipt someone please help me

Wish I had did more research!
About 5 months into having this system, the car seat became defective with the styrofoam coming apart from the hard shell. I initially called them because the cover would not stay on the top and when I had customer service on the phone, I noticed that the styrofoam moved and mentioned it to them. The girls who answer the phone were super easy to work with and sent a new car seat right away! The stroller itself is pretty bumpy over semi rough terrain (we have some smaller rocks in the driveway). Don’t get me wrong, I love this system and the customer service was amazing, I just wish I had looked at reviews and videos a little more before putting this on our registry. I think you can get a way better travel system for the same amount of this one.

After going through all the reviews in every car seat I’m scared to even keep my travel system I’m thinking about returning it now I was supper happy about finally purchasing these for my new baby but after reading everyone’s comments and concerns I’m just thinking about returning it and buying the nuna .everyone saying that it rips less than a year it’s not worth the money spent on it it’s pretty concerning.i want to know is that the reason why all the travel systems went on clearance even the ones sold in stores I though I got a good deal but now knowing that maxi-cosi material isn’t worth the money I’m having second thoughts about it .

Do not buy this brand
I wish to give them zero as there is no zero but even one is too much since I purchased this stroller the Mexico the front wheel is not pushing forward. I don’t know what to do with that there I spent around $400 for this is true it doesn’t work properly. Am I going forward? going left or right it’s not going to forward. It’s a big issue for front wheel. no one should buy this brand there’s a piece of trash.

Dont Waste your money
I wanted to like this stroller set because I had one similar Maxi Cosi set that I loved 2 years ago and never had any issues. however the Siena was not my fav, very cheaply made. The car seat literally separated into 2 pieces (the top lifting from the seat exposing the foam inside. Also the stroller basket broke. I only have been using the stroller for 6 weeks! Also did not liked the bassinet does not fold when you fold the stroller so it takes up a lot of room on my turn. I wish the description stated this.

The car sea cannopy and stitch was cheaply glued not even 6 mkt b later and the car seat is falling apart making it not safe at all.

Not worth it
I bought this stroller thinking it was going to be really good quality and I ended up returning it. Maxi-cosi is known for making quality car seats and I was disappointed. The stroller was flimsy and felt like it was going to fall apart. The car seat was… ehh. I’ve owned other car seats that were priced lower and much better quality. I ended up returning it and buying and evenflo car seat/stroller combo.

Unsafe & waste of $$$
if i could give a 0 star review I would. spend your money elsewhere. The canopy comes off all the time from the basinet and broke after about 2 months of use. the cup holder is a risiculous feature that dalls off the minute you fold it. The car seat is a safety hazard. the canopy of the seat came up ffom the foam mid ride and was covering my babies face. Thank God checked the camera and fulled over. 8 months and I couldnt be happier to get rid of the whole set! Waste of $400 plus dollars - sad to think parents like us work so hard to provide the best for our babies and a name brand like maxi cosi legit screws us over. Do not purchase it. Dont listen to the advertizing - remember its monitized. They get paid to get you to purchase it…listen to the real moms.

Terrible Product
The front wheels lock up, the cover on bassinett comes off and after 6 month when you get to the seat, the cover doesn't come all the way down, the handle is wiggly and the straps doesn't fit at any way, fearing the baby might fall at any second, litterally can't use it and can't return it because the 90 day return window is closed. how am I supposed to know the seat won't work before 90 days if I can't even get to use it after 6 months? ridiculous. don't buy it!!!

Broken as soon as i opened
Honestly I only gave it two stars bc it lasted me 14 months. As soon as I got it the shade part was broken for the car seat and it hit my baby’s head as soon as I left the hospital. I didn’t return it bc im by myself and didn’t have help. A few months later the basket underneath broke and the wheel turned loose. Its not compact at all it doesn’t fit anywhere and the 2 piece part is annoying. I guess it was ok not the best wouldn’t recommend for someone doing everything by herself.

Car seat cover issues
The stroller itself is fine. It is light weight and easy to use and store. The car seat on the other hand absolutely sucks! The cover will not stay on worth a flip. The canopy pops off super easy as well, which is frustrating. I followed the instructions completely. It was just not made well. Period.

We purchased this travel system for a friend at work. We paid over $400 to receive the item in a box that looks like this! The package had been open and then I guess box broke and target tapped it back up with the purple tape and the top with clear tape. I was going to wrap gift for a baby shower but I'm absolutely embarrassed to wrap this box. We will now just take it out of box and display it! Do better Target!

Ideally, we would prefer the box to be in pristine condition. However, the box is generally relatively simplistic, disheveled, and void of bubble wrap or plastic wrap.
