The Graco Verb Travel System gives you a stylish and smooth ride for your child. It includes a SnugRide Lite Infant Car Seat (for baby from 4-30 lb), which connects to the stroller with a secure, one-second attachment. Q: Where is the head support? I feel like a newborns head would just flop around with just the floral insert.

  • A: I have this and share similar concerns with the head support. The insert is very loose and my baby’s head definitely moves around. Especially when he’s sleeping and we take a turn, the insert has no support and his head rolls around. He’s currently 4 months old and within the weight and height requirements. While I find this travel system incredibly easy to use and convenient, I struggle with the idea of getting in an accident. I’m not sure how protected his head and neck would be.

    Dont buy when just having a baby

    I like that it clicks into the car seat base and the stroller very easily. I don’t like how there’s not enough adequate padding for an infant with this car seat. When I brought my daughter home she was only 6 pounds and her head was slumped over so much. It was a baby shower gift so I kept it, but I wouldn’t recommend this car seat/stroller combination to anyone just having a baby.

    The worst thing i ever bought

    I purchased this travel system expecting it to be safe and comfortable for a newborn, but I was extremely disappointed. The car seat is positioned far too upright, making my baby appear almost seated rather than properly reclined. Even my pediatrician recommended that I return it because newborns need adequate head, neck, and body support and should not be placed in such an upright position. I would strongly advise parents of newborns to avoid this product. Proper positioning is critical for a baby's safety and comfort, and this car seat did not meet those expectations. I returned it and would not recommend it to other families.

    Need better structure for infants

    The travel set is beautiful in person but the carseat isn't infant ready at all especially for new born. You will need to add an infant carseat insert for better security of your child. I thought being an infant carseat that it would have more but it didn't.

    Not suitable for 4 pound infants as described

    The item is described as being suitable for 4 pound infants. I found this to be extremely inaccurate. If your baby is born small and has to pass a car seat test due to being in the NICU, this car seat will fail miserably. There is not adequate padding and doesn’t seem safe for newborns.

    Missing pieces

    I'm currently 8 months pregnant and saw good reviews about this product but i have to say I'm very disappointed, its missing 2 small pieces that are crucial to locking the wheels in place and the only options i have is to do the warranty replacement which would include me having to pack this big thing back up and find someone to help me get it in my car or return it to the store which also requires packing it up and taking it to the store. I was hoping for easier solution like just send me the pieces I'm missing but i see that's not a option, how disappointing

    Arrived very fast! Stroller and car seat are good quality. The car seat is very light weight but sturdy. I recommend getting an extra newborn cushion insert for it though because it may lack enough Cushion for freshly born babies. Shipping was a little expensive but all around would buy again!

    Lazy Drivers

    Awful experience ever!!! I’m 8 months pregnant so I order this product to be delivered to my address. It turned out the driver decided to deliver it to the main office which is pretty far away from my apartment and I’m currently 8 months pregnant! Worst experience ever!     Could be better

    I had this car seat stroller combo for almost 4 months. There no much padding on the car seat I had to purchase extra pillow for it. The part I dislike is the wheels squeaked right away. I still have it but I’m looking to purchase something else.
