Return/ exchange with easy opening drawers
I like outfits of this changing table so I bought it before baby comes.but now it falls again and again when we use it. During assemble it was ok. Now when we open Its drawers keeps falling and gets lock need to pull it . When we try to unlock , screw comes out. I would like to change it with easy opening drawers. Will you help me?

Change in quality
I had received one of these from my baby registry and it was working out well so I bought a second one. It has been less than a year and the second one is completely falling apart. The fronts of the drawers come off every few days and have to constantly re screw on and tighten them. The left side is completely separating from the drawers now and I am not sure we can fix without completely taking the whole dresser apart. Idk if the materials changed or something but insane difference in quality between the two. Also it is now past the return window so cannot replace or refund :(

Overall great changing table with storage
I really like this changing table dresser because it's very nice once it gets put together, but it isn't easy to put together especially without instructions and all the hardware that didn't come with it either we had to contact the manufacturer and wait weeks to get parts before we could finish putting it together.

Drawers fall off
The second drawer falls off. Switched everything around and used the other two drawers and the middle one just keeps falling off the track. I had two other people redo this and nothing has worked.

This took forever to put together, and then everything keeps coming apart. The drawers fall off the rails. The worst part is the top edges are so SHARP, which is dangerous for a baby. I got this as a gift with no receipt and wish I could return....

Poor quality
I bought this dresser when my daughter was born, when I assembled it initially the drawers did not sit evenly in the dresser (gap on one side and rubbing on the other) and the change table top is just a chintzy box of particle board held on with two screws at the back - even putting the pad in did not stop the side to side movement and subsequent rubbing on the top of the dresser. The drawers are small and do not open fully, which isn't the worst I guess because baby clothes are not that big, but it makes accessing the clothes at the back of the drawer a pain. My little one is now almost two and I have removed the change top, revealing the scratches and damage in full light, which look bad enough that I've put a blanket over the top to cover it. The drawers no longer shut properly, either they close crooked, cockeyed or stick open a couple inches. I have to pull the whole drawer out to reset the rollers almost every time I open them. I do not believe I assembled this incorrectly, or have abused it in any way - the drawers are not overloaded, it's just not a sturdy or good quality product. I expected better from the brand name and the price.

Not worth it
Absolutely a beautiful piece of furniture, however, the assembly was awful. Plus we moved it from the living room to the nursery and three screws came out and had to be redone.
