Received my eggs broken and felt like they had been sitting outside the fridge for a while. Had to throw them away. Terrible. Don’t have time to go back and forth to exchange or return, if I had time I would’ve just gotten them myself.

Eggs were packaged with biscuits and other heavy items then tossed in the back seat upside down, causing them to fall out of the carton.

Stupid worker - 6 days ago, Verified purchaser
I placed an order for pickup — 18 eggs. I checked them before taking them, and there were broken ones. The employee went to get another pack of the same eggs, and it turned out to be the last one in stock. We opened it — also broken eggs. I asked if we could just swap the two broken eggs from the first carton for two good ones from the second carton. He said he couldn’t… and then just took the product away from me. Is this normal employee behavior?? What’s the point here?? Are you planning to sell all the cracked-egg cartons to someone who doesn’t notice the damage? Or are you going to write off two full boxes instead of selling one, making money, and saving natural resources?? Sometimes big corporation rules just blow my mind! It was literally one item — the exact same eggs from the same brand! What stopped the employee from making one perfect carton out of the two??
Not large eggs anymore - shrinkflation

The large eggs are now medium or smaller. Did you think we would not notice? For years I’ve been using the same tiny skillet to cook my eggs. Suddenly, the eggs no longer fill my tiny egg skillet. This is more shrinkflation disguised as lowered prices. If target did not notice this from their provider, they should look into it. Consumers are being scammed.

Eggs are so expensive! I opened carton in store to make sure none were cracked & none were that i could see. I opened the carton to transfer the eggs to a narrow container in my fridge & i pick one up that is cracked on bottom halfway stuck to carton. Disappointing! I guess i have to pick each one up one before i leave the store to check!

Recently, ater breaking eggs in a bowl, noticing big blob of mucus in eggs--this will not mix with a batter, and cooks into a solid--disgusting! Try ro remove it with a fork, and all you have left is the yolk. This has happened more frequently--and these are freshly purchased eggs!! Perhps they were frozen somewhere along the line--not by me!

The packaging is a little flimsy and unbalanced so be careful when storing and taking in and out of the fridge or you may lose an egg or two. Otherwise the eggs are good.
